Our Rotary Brushcutters are manufactured to your requirements for up to a 40 ton class excavator with your choice of:

SIZE: 36", 52", 66"
FRAME STYLE: Single Door, Double Door, or Open Shroud
DISC TYPE: 3 Blade, Standard Mulching or Super Mulching BT

STANDARD FEATURES ARE:

• Sealed spherical roller bearings [2 or 3 bearing housing]
• High alloy main shaft maximum diameter 4 inches
• Alloy cutter blades, each 13-lb weight (kg) - Blade material - Astralloy
• Easily replaceable blade bolt bushings in flail arm
• High alloy retaining bolts
• Heavy duty steel bearing housing
• Heavy duty 3/8" steel shroud c/w 3/8" T1 reinforced. Wear plates under housing
• Drive hub, which allows customer to easily upgrade cutter to 3 blade disc or mulching disc operation
• Spare set of cutter blades shipped with each unit (Bits for MP Disc)
• Hydraulic Cross Relief Valve & Recirculating system built in
• Shock absorbing flex coupling between hydraulic motor and bearing housing
• Mulching discs can be equipped with either cup teeth or bullet teeth. Outer teeth are HD Astralloy
• Hydraulic motor "D" flange bent axis piston type 3 hose system, or "C" flange h/d gear type 2 hose system for special application
• Extreme service frame c/w T1 shroud liner and solid bar skirt stiffener
• Adaptor brackets and heavy duty pusher pads for track units or standard pin type for rubber tire units
