Our Horizontal Brushcutters are built to order for up to 30 ton class excavators with your choice of:
SIZE: 34", 48", 60"
STYLE: Standard Duty With Flail Teeth, Heavy Duty With Carbide Teeth, or Drum Cutter With Fixed Teeth
STANDARD FEATURES ARE:
- Boxed main frame, rigid ends
- Sealed 2 15/16" self-aligning, spherical bearings
- High alloy main shaft maximum diameter 5 inches
- Alloy flail teeth, each approximately 3-lb weight
- Easily replaceable teeth
- High alloy retaining bolts
- Heavy duty frame welded construction
- Heavy duty drive belt (toothed) between hydraulic motor and cutter shaft
- Choice of hydraulic drive motors to meet specific customer requirements
- Spare set of cutter bits shipped with each unit
- Hydraulic cross relief & recirculating valves built into unit
- Pin-type or quick-change coupling brackets
- Approximate weights not including mount brackets are:
